These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between betbat (website: betbat.click) and its members. betbat is an online gaming and betting platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh.

Important Deposit Terms

The following conditions must be met before withdrawing funds from betbat:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–10 minutes.
• Large withdrawals (৳50,000 or more) may require additional verification.

Withdrawal with Bonus

If you have an active bonus, you cannot withdraw your deposited funds until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. If you wish to withdraw only your own funds without the bonus, you must cancel the bonus — in which case any winnings associated with it will also be forfeited.

General Bonus Terms

Bonus Abuse

The betbat bonus system is designed for fair use. If anyone abuses bonuses through multiple accounts or any other means, betbat reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all bonuses and winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betbat and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Attempting to manipulate or fix game outcomes.
• Colluding with other members to engage in fraudulent strategies.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to betbat's systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or misconduct toward other members.
• Attempting to register or pass the verification process using false information.

If any such activity is detected, betbat may close the account and confiscate the associated balance without prior notice. In serious cases, legal action may also be taken.

What to Do in Case of a Technical Issue

If your internet connection drops or a technical error occurs during a game:

• The current round is recorded on the server. Results will be available once your connection is restored.

• Betbat is generally not liable for bets lost due to technical errors; however, each case will be reviewed individually.

Game Cancellation

If a game round is interrupted due to a server error, the bet amount for that round will be refunded. However, results of fully completed rounds will not be altered.
